Overview:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and support a government client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration and will focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the unique needs of government operations.Key Responsibilities:Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet client requirements, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.Integration: Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Workflow Automation: Create and optimize workflows and business rules to enhance operational efficiency and automate processes.User Interface Design: Develop and maintain user-friendly interfaces and dashboards that improve user experience and engagement.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and IT support staff, to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with government standards and best practices.Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions, addressing any issues or bugs in a timely manner.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, configurations, and technical specifications to support knowledge transfer and compliance.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring they understand the functionalities and benefits of the ServiceNow platform.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, capabilities, and best practices.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Prior experience working with government clients or within a government environment is preferred.Preferred Certifications:ServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperWhy Apply?Opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance government operations.Excellent work life balance and stability.Salary up to $125K, depending on experience.Competitive benefits package including 401k match.Professional development opportunities.An Equal Opportunity Employer.
