Solü is currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer for our esteemed banking client. This role involves the development, configuration, and support of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application development and integration, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and administer ServiceNow VR and SIR modules, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
- Evaluate and understand complex interrelationships and effects among programs, interfacing applications, and platforms.
- Prepare and execute detailed test plans, including debugging to ensure optimal module functionality.
- Develop and maintain technical and functional specifications and update system documentation as required.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and technology teams to drive project success and implement end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Promote and follow development standards and procedures to maintain efficient and effective applications.
- Provide technical consulting and leadership to identify innovative uses for ServiceNow VR and SIR modules.
- Support remediation process flows, implement updates, and provide architectural, design, and operational support for ServiceNow VR and SIR modules.
- Lead or participate in technical evaluations of vendor software as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an associate degree and 5+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, or equivalent higher education and work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with ServiceNow VR and SIR module development, configuration, and administration.
- Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms, with a focus on ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present technical solutions effectively to varied audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver on milestones.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in cross-functional team coordination.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of risk and regulatory standards and a proactive approach to maintaining compliance.
- Experience driving project milestones and recommending systems solutions to meet strategic objectives.
- Advanced understanding of integrated applications and their dependencies to enhance ServiceNow VR and SIR functionalities.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries is highly preferred.
