ServiceNow Sales Director - Accion Labs : Job Details

Location: Maryland, Pittsburgh, Orlando, Austin

Responsibilities

• Create and execute Sales strategies to grow Accion Labs ServiceNow business working independently as well as with Accion Labs Business Unit Leaders and Sales team
• Executing account strategy and sales pursuits to realize growth for Accion Labs' ServiceNow business & practice
• Establish and promote Accion Labs brand awareness and market our service offerings in the ServiceNow ecosystem and ServiceNow field sellers
• Generate leads and build pipelines through various ServiceNow partnership channels
• Engage in prospecting and lead generation using a variety of channels, including direct networking, social media, industry networking events, and referrals
• Take ownership of the overall sales pursuits from identifying and qualifying opportunities from discovery to close
• Building relationships inside of Accion Labs, ServiceNow, and strategic ecosystem partners comprised of sales leadership, territory sellers, technical presales & delivery teams as well as field marketing
• Leverage existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to expedite market penetration

Requirements

• 15+ years of matrixed enterprise IT selling experience including 5+ years ITSM/ ITOM industry experience and 3+ years sales experience at ServiceNow
• Have existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to help jumpstart both conversations and go to market
• Proven experience in technology sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated and result oriented
