Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a full time 40 hours per week, Servicing Administration Specialist to join our team based out of Newport NH. This position includes a variety of duties in support of bank loan products but not limited to file maintenance, research, and data entry while providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Perform customer service duties for both internal and external customers.
+ Minimal maintenance on Consumer Residential and Commercial Loans.
+ Process all types of maintenance on various loan types.
+ Assist branches and bank department with loan related questions and issues.
+ Identify, review and ensure compliance with the laws and regulations which affect assigned functional areas.
This position requires a candidate with the following knowledge, ability, and skills:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
+ Previous banking experience desired, but not required.
+ Demonstrated professional customer relations and communications skills.
