Duties included but not limited to building conversions for various events, set up and breakdown of chairs, tables, staging, housekeeping, etc.This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00-$16.00For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadlineResponsibilitiesMaintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.Read and interpret paperwork regarding room set-upsSet-up and tear down a variety of equipment, including, but not limited to chairs, tables, staging, risers, trash cans, dance floors, coat racks, table skirting, carpet, pipe & drapeSet up A/V equipment, such as video screens, projectors, audio systems, and staging.Sweep, mop, scrub & wax floors, wash walls, windows, stainless steel, counter tops and woodworkClean and maintain restrooms to the highest quality of service while replenishing suppliesRemove stains, clean and extract carpetResponsible to properly clean and maintain a specific area of the facilityDusts, polish, arrange and move furniture and equipmentRemove rubbish and wastePerform facility maintenance tasks as assignedReport defective equipment, facility damage, areas of the facility requiring cleaning and incorrect or improper set-ups to supervisors in a timely mannerPerform other duties as assigned.QualificationsAbility to work flexible schedule based on events, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to follow basic instruction and direction.Ability to keep equipment organized.Ability to perform general labor; heavy lifting is required.Ability to work flexible schedule based on events, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.Strengthened by our Differences.
