SHAWOOD, the premier arm of Woodside Homes, seeks elite talent to join our distinguished team in Folsom, CA. As the pinnacle of architectural excellence and luxury homebuilding, SHAWOOD is where innovation meets design to create breathtaking homes.

As a SHAWOOD Homes Sales Concierge, you will play a critical role in supporting the SHAWOOD brand by providing exceptional customer service, managing the flow of clients, and ensuring a seamless transition from the initial engagement to the SHAWOOD Sales Ambassador. This position serves as the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and ready to explore the unique luxury of SHAWOOD homes.

This position begins on December 9th with six weeks of paid training, allowing you to develop the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to support our Sales Ambassadors before the first models open in Folsom in March. This role is ideal for those who aspire to eventually grow into the SHAWOOD Sales Ambassador role, as it provides an immersive introduction to SHAWOODs values and sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Initial Contact

  • Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel immediately valued and at ease.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and introduce them to the SHAWOOD brand story and value proposition.
  • Manage initial consultations and ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and with precision.
  • Prepare clients for their meetings with the Sales Ambassador, setting the stage for a seamless handoff and exceptional experience.

Office & Appointment Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales office, ensuring that it is always organized, professional, and inviting.
  • Schedule and manage client appointments, making sure the Sales Ambassadors calendar is fully optimized and ready for client consultations.
  • Handle client communications, including responding to phone calls, internet leads, and chat inquiries, ensuring a high level of service at all times.

Support for Sales Process

  • Assist the Sales Ambassador in preparing for client presentations by gathering necessary materials, arranging showroom walkthroughs, and managing follow-up communications.
  • Provide insights on client interactions to help the Sales Ambassador tailor their approach and deliver personalized homebuying experiences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of SHAWOOD homes and their design features to provide accurate information during client interactions.

Training & Development

  • Participate in ongoing training programs designed to prepare you for eventual promotion to a Sales Ambassador role.
  • Learn SHAWOODs consultative sales techniques, home design principles, and the technical aspects of our high-quality, precision-built homes.
  • Engage in shadowing opportunities with the Sales Ambassador to gain firsthand experience in client consultations and sales strategies.

  • Work closely with the Sales Ambassador and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and support the overall sales strategy.
  • Proactively contribute to the team by anticipating needs and ensuring a smooth handoff from Concierge to Sales Ambassador.
