We're growing and need strong team members to continue providing the best products and services.Duties:Operate and maintain Sheet metal Shear.Perform quality checks to ensure product components meet specifications.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings and production requirementsPerform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Experience:Previous experience using a Shear to cut sheet metal in a manufacturing or production environment is required.Familiarity with shear, press brake machines, and forklift operations is highly desirable.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is required.Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus.Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers is beneficial.Schedule is M-F 7 am - 3:30 pmOther BenefitsProfit SharingEmployee FundHoliday PayPersonal Time Off
