Sheetmetal Worker - Short Staffed : Job Details

Job Position: Sheetmetal Worker Job Type: Full-Time Location: Lennox, SD 57039 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. Job Summary: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week, start times may vary) Description: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Sheetmetal Worker/Grain Bin Erector to join our team. This position primarily involves erecting grain bins, paddle sweeps, and ProTech buildings, with occasional concrete pouring. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a drug screening. This role requires travel to job sites across surrounding states and the ability to work in various conditions. Housing will be available. Responsibilities:

• Erect grain bins, paddle sweeps, and ProTech buildings.
• Assist with occasional concrete pouring as needed.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Travel to various job sites in surrounding states as part of a crew.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
• Experience in mechanical and/or construction work preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
