The Role Do you have industrial or manufacturing experience? Are you driven to deliver excellence?At Doncasters Structural Castings of Oxford we have an opportunity for Shell Operators to join ourteams in Oxford, AL.This position's shift is a 40-hour work week with potential overtime. This individual will work a 5:30PM- 5:00AM split shift with motivated employees and our Management Team to become a part of a successful Industrial Casting Company with a good work life balance. Starting Pay: $17.69 This is an exciting opportunity. It's not just a job. As a Shell Operator, you will work in a key role ensuring the preparation of parts and appropriate SOP's are followed to ensure customer specifications are met. Using your keen eye for detail you will follow set specifications to ensure products are produced within process parameters, using a variety of tools and techniques.This is a key component to our process, and we are looking for committed, enthusiastic employees. Are you comfortable working in varied temperature environment with furnaces? This position also requires the ability and willingness to operate and train others in the use of all department equipment, tools, and materials as well as a technical understanding of the Shell Operator duties and the performing of process improvements and daily system monitoring and reporting. An in depth understanding of engineering drawings, engineering work instructions, change notices, and production/shipping schedules is necessary to be successful in this position.
