About the Role:
As a Shelter Clinician in our Consumer Support Services industry, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy to clients. Your work will directly contribute to improving the mental health and well-being of those in need, and ultimately help them transition out of homelessness.

As a Shelter Clinician, you will utilize your strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices to provide effective mental health services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will need to be able to work independently, while also collaborating with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a diverse population. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, but not required.
