Shelter Coordinator Supervisor (Richmond County) - Tetra Tech : Job Details

Supervision and Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and supervision to shelter staff during assigned shifts. Training: Provide training to Shelter Coordinator staff. Evaluate and update training materials and resources as needed. Vendor Management: Address any emergent situations or concerns promptly and appropriately. Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts among shelter residents and staff, seeking peaceful resolutions and maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shelter activities and incidents. Prepare shift reports and share essential information. Incident Response: Act as a point of contact during incidents and implement protocols as necessary. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3 years of experience in financial reconciliation or accounting, preferably in a fast-paced or disaster recovery environment.
