The Lead Cleaner II is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. This work is typically performed in a commercial setting, e.g., Banks, Schools, Warehouses, Office Buildings, Manufacturing facilities, etc. and provides client-facing customer service.

One (1) year of similar work experienceResponsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to team membersRelay communication between team members, client, customers and managementReport performance issues to the SupervisorAssist with the training of cleaning teamAssist with making daily and weekly work schedulesOversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildingManage security of keys and access cards for the propertyReport work orders for maintenanceEnsure premises are secured at all timesWork with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the workOversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with ManagerProvide training to all new hires assigned to the buildingCheck supplies, equipment, and chemicals weeklyComplete order forms completely and accuratelyCoordinate equipment usage and inventoriesA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
