Requirements

• Must be able to Open and Close store
• Customer Service: Welcoming and assisting customers, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, ensuring a positive customer experience, handling complaints or concerns, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and restocking supplies, including boba, tea leaves, flavorings, cups, lids, and other essential items.
• Staff Training: Training new employees on drink preparation techniques, customer service, and food safety standards.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards and conducting taste tests to ensure consistency.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Following health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines, to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees.

As a Shift Lead, you will support the Shift Manager in managing our quick service drink restaurant, which entails scheduling, inventory tracking, coaching/training staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
