As a Shift Manager, you will support other management levels by running shifts and leading teams independently, exhibiting strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

What will YOU do?
Greet everyone with a smile, be polite, and pleasant with guests and team.Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers and guests.Ensure every guest receives great service and food promptly.Work well with other management and Team Members, cooperate effectively, and take initiative to help others.Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.Ensure all Team Members have a neat appearance and wear the company uniform correctly.Lead the team as Manager in Charge, ensuring service and food safety standards are met.Participate in the training and development of Team Members.Assist with Profit and Loss management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.Provide regular feedback to the RGM and other management on team performance.Are you Qualified?
- Must be 18 years or older.
- One-year Restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Must maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements.
- Basic math & reading skills required.
- Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass Criminal Background Check.
- Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
