You will be an integral part of the guest experience through face-to-face interaction, and you will report to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Open and/or close the storeLead completion of checklists for opening and closing, and hold team members accountable to standardsDirect positional shifts or adjustments during a shiftWork as the expo during the week and possibly other positions on weekendsTake inventory and enter vendor ordersTaste food at the beginning of the shiftLead cleaning and organizing during the shift (starting with daily deep clean tasks)Be the point of contact for guests with issues or needs, solve their problems, or pass them on to the GMFill out the end of day report (EOD) honestly and clearlyWho You Are:
Food, Restaurant, Team and/or Customer Service experienceAt least 1 year of leadership experience in this or a similar service industryA team player with a positive attitudeQuick and adaptable learnerExcellent communication skillsAbility to deliver personable customer service and desire to make connections with guests every dayAccountable in upholding high standardsPhysical Requirements:
