Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Shift Lead who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center.

Our Shift Lead needs to be a responsible individual who can oversee daily operations in our food & beverage, bowling, and arcade areas. You will assist in staffing, training, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

What we're looking for:

1-2 years of management experience

Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

Create an exciting and fun atmosphere for guests and team members

Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members

Adhere to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements

Drive best practices and process improvement

Address operational service or customer issues
