Responsibilities:
- Ensure existing staff and newly hired employees follow restaurant procedures and comply with company policies
- Maintain safety and food quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of restaurant and ensuring staff does the same with their designated areas
- Supervise daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Interact with guests to maintain a positive dining experience and get feedback on product quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years in hospitality work (2 of which at one entity)
- Minimum 1 year in a leadership/management role a plus
- Ability to control operational costs and identify ways to cut labor and/or waste
- Ability to recruit professional and hard working team members
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Must be available to work weekends, morning, and evening shifts
