If you are a natural leader with a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment and driving results, we encourage you to apply.Job Responsibilities- Oversee and manage staff during shift operations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.- Assign tasks and set performance goals for team members, delegating responsibilities effectively.- Monitor and manage shift schedules, including breaks, to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained.- Train and support new and existing employees, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance.- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, enforcing safety protocols.- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.- Ensure all equipment and tools are used correctly and kept in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions to maintenance staff.- Manage inventory levels during the shift, including receiving stock, organizing storage, and reducing waste.- Process transactions and handle cash accurately when required.- Implement and reinforce company policies and standards among staff members.- Communicate effectively with team members and other shift leads to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.- Report shift activities, incidents, and staff performance issues to higher management in a timely manner.- Promote a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.- Participate in regular training and meetings to stay updated on company practices and to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.- Recognize and reward team members for outstanding performance, fostering motivation and job satisfaction.Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or leadership position- Proven ability to manage and lead a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time-management abilities- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays- Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills- Capacity to train and motivate staff- Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Basic financial acumen to manage shift budget and sales goals- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service- CPR and first aid certification may be required or preferred

Compensation details: 17-19 Hourly Wage
