They learn management skills from their GM's and apply them to the team. This is an upwardly mobile position. Great shift leaders become great Assistant Managers and General Managers. We believe in promoting from within.Your primarily role could be to excel at customer service, game room operations, or/and food production. We are looking for team members to be a leader by example, and be willing to learn and never stop learning. The ability to multitask and supervise multiple team members is part of the job, but this is not a sit and manage job. This is a job to lead and set direction for all team members at the store level during any given shift, emphasizing the importance of core values and driving the culture of our brand; energetic, driven, motivational role model for others.Immediate openings available:* Part and Full Time Available* Must be available nights and weekends* Must have management experienceLeadership and staff who care about quality makes Gatti's Pizza the 'Best Pizza in Town.'Job Type: Full-timeExperience And Skills Required* High School or GED. College degree a plus.* Prefer a minimum two (2) years management experience in the food service industry, hospitality industry, or retail industry. Must be at least 18 years old.* Demonstrates strong leadership and guest service skills.* Demonstrates sound reasoning and follow-through in decision-making processes.* Demonstrates excellent organizational, financial and problem solving skills.* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Required Technical Skills* Basic knowledge of PC functions in order to prepare and various computerized store reports.* Exposure to handling OSHA, EEOC, FLMA, FLSA, and Health Department matters is a plus.* Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.* Ability to coach and direct employees.* Basic Understanding of 'back of house' and 'front of house' operations.
