• Creating a great culture where our guests and team members are cared for
• Evaluating and continually improving food safety procedures to ensure that our food is always safe
• Evaluating processes to serve the highest quality food to our guests
• Reinforcing excellent cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Taking extreme ownership of your area of the business while also offering insight and support to other leaders on the team
• Monitoring hospitality metrics and implementing the necessary procedures to ensure our guests are cared for
• Stewarding the business well by analyzing labor and food costs to run the restaurant efficiently
• Working with speed and efficiency to serve our guests and be a good steward of your time
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and spirit of teamwork
• Have a competitive spirit and be motivated by continued growth and team success

• Be able to work in a standing kitchen environment for 4-5 hours at a time

Company InformationChick-fil-A Norton Shores is a locally owned and operated restaurant that is proud to be serving Muskegon County and the surrounding residents with great food and a caring environment. Chick-fil-A has a long history of serving communities across the country starting with its founder, S. Truett Cathy. In 1964 Truett created the original chicken sandwich at his restaurant, the Dwarf Grill, in Atlanta, Georgia. It all started with a boneless breast of chicken. Hand-breaded, perfectly seasoned. Pressure-cooked. Served on a toasted, buttered bun with two pickles. We still make the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich the same way - and we still believe in serving great-tasting food, made with the freshest ingredients and delivered with a warm smile.
