Qualifications- Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with restaurant management, guests, and co-workers. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
- Must complete Food Handler's certification.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- No management experience necessary; however, prior experience is a plus.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work.
- Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.
- Work well with others as a team.
- Be able to interact with guests comfortably.
- Be able to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties.
- Ability to problem solve effectively.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Work around heat.
- Work around others possibly in close quarters.
- Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
- Work with various cleaning products.
