Qualifications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with restaurant management, guests, and co-workers. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
  • Must complete Food Handler's certification.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • No management experience necessary; however, prior experience is a plus.
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work.
  • Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.
Skills
  • Work well with others as a team.
  • Be able to interact with guests comfortably.
  • Be able to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Work around heat.
  • Work around others possibly in close quarters.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
  • Work with various cleaning products.
