Job Overview:Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during your assigned shift and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff during your shift
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking when necessary
  • Operate POS system for order processing and payment transactions

    • Experience:

  • Previous experience in bartending, cooking, or food service is required
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures
  • Familiarity with Revel POS system is preferred
  • Excellent food handling skills and knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $15.25 - $16.69 per hour

    Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
