Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts

Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures

Train new team members on job duties, safety protocols, and customer service standards

Monitor food production and quality to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant

Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs

Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process for new team members

Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving performance and profitability

Skills:

Strong leadership abilities with experience in kitchen management or assistant manager roles

Excellent hospitality management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food service industry standards and best practices

Experience in food production, including preparation, cooking, and presentation

Proficient in interviewing, training, and mentoring employees

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently

Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus

Pay: $15.43 - $16.44 per hour
