Job Description :

Responsible For:Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.Assisting General Manager in managing the human resources and equipment of the store to achieve the quality and performance goals established by the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise personnel in absence of the General Manager or Sales Manager or when specifically assigned that responsibility.
  • Assist General Manager in the effective use of labor, inventories, customer service, quality, and cash control.
  • Monitor store cleaning schedule.
  • Properly open or close store in accordance with work schedule.
  • Perform any administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Specific Functions:

  • Manage store personnel.
    • Insure customers are given prompt and courteous attention, sales are maximized and the image of the company is enhanced.
    • Monitor customer service and ensure store personnel are assigned to the correct station during peak business periods.
    • Monitor the appearance and quality of baked and decorated product.
    • Supervise job performance ensuring duties as prescribed in the appropriate Job Description section of the manual are completed correctly.
  • Monitor food, labor, paper and supplies costs. Ensure scales are being used while scooping, overtime/time management is enforced, and minimal waste with paper supplies.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are in place. Assign registers, and conduct shift audits regularly.
  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned by upper management.
