Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of drive thru experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience
  • Overall Operations Management
  • Day-to-day operations
  • Financial Management
  • Maintain budgets, monitoring financial performance, controlling food cost, and optimizing profitability
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
  • Staff Management
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support
  • Conduct performance evaluations on staff members
  • Customer Service
  • Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers, ensuring that meals meet their specific needs.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and prompt manner
  • Marketing Strategies
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain customers for your location
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions
  • Quality Control
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of product entering AND leaving the location
  • Keeping product at company, food, and health standards
  • Inventory Management
  • Overseeing inventory control, including ordering and managing stock levels
  • Minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover
  • Facility Maintenance
  • Ensure the cleanliness and Maintenance of your location
  • Ensure compliance with local health codes, safety regulations and company policies
  • Vendor Relations
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve long-term goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within your location
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, sales data, and labor reports
  • Crisis Management

  • Understand the technology systems for point-of-sales, inventory management, and printers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
