As a Shift Leader, you may be responsible for:

  • Providing/modeling Gold Standard Service
  • Preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food
  • Leading/coaching crew members and managers to meet target goals during your shift

    Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of management experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
