We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team!

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Summary:

Shift Leaders are responsible for:

  • Coaching Crew Members to execute operational Brand standards.
  • Delivering a great and friendly guest experience.
  • Setting goals and providing job assignments.
  • Motivating others and providing feedback.
  • Responsibilities Include:

  • Support a respectful team environment.
  • Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members.
  • Support the training of crew members as requested.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
  • Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
  • Resolve guest issues.
  • Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
  • Drive sales goals and results.
  • Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards.
  • Skills/Qualifications:

  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
  • Math and writing skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Guest Focus:

  • Understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs, and requirements.
  • Develops and maintains guest relationships.
  • Displays a sense of urgency with guests.
  • Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Resolves guest concerns by following Brand recommended guest recovery process.
  • Passion for Results:

  • Sets and maintains high standards for self and others.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds goals.
  • Contributes to overall team performance.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making:

  • Identifies and resolves issues and problems.
  • Uses information to make decisions and solve problems.
