Summary

The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising the employees on their shift, carrying out tasks associated with food preparation, training others on the use of cup charts, serving, closing at the end of the day, cleaning and ensuring that customers receive a positive experience. They are responsible for coordinating with customers to take all food and drink orders and ensure appropriate payments from all customers and may be asked to deliver an order. The Shift Leader reports to the Restaurant Manager.
