If you are looking for a rewarding and challenging career with a growing company, then look no further than JAM.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for running a profitable restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant and Assistant General Manager and making sure your location meets Popeyes high level of standards for ---- Quality, Service, and CleanlinessWork with the Restaurant Leadership to drive daily, weekly, monthly quarterly store goalsHelp drive a positive, fun, and energetic store cultureAssisting in training, new team members to make sure that they understand their role and have the knowledge to be successfulAdhere to all safety and sanitation regulationsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkersWillingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stationsQualifications and Skills:Applicant must have 6 months of leadership experience in a Quick Serve Restaurant environmentCandidates must have effective oral and written communication skills and can effectively communicate at all levels of the businessMust have the ability to display effective leadership skillsAbility to use a computer and basic software a mustCandidates need to possess the ability to stand for long periods of time, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbsOpen to working a 40+ hour work schedule (8 to10 hour days) and available on evenings, weekends and holidaysMust be ServSafe certified or capable of attaining certification.Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers licenseJAM Restaurant Group is an Equal Opportunity employer.
