Shift Leader - Buffalo Luke's : Job Details

We are looking for a qualified and responsible shift leader to manage all transactions with our customers efficiently and accurately.Our Shift Leaders directly supervise the operations of a specified shift to ensure we reach the highest levels of customer satisfaction, speed of service, food quality in production and preparation and remain compliant with all safety and sanitation policies.The shift leader we would like to employ must be able to interact with our customers in a friendly manner, and provide assistance should any customer require it.
