Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Manage shifts and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.
  • Address customer complaints politely and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accept deliveries, verifying completeness and correctness, and issue refunds when necessary.
  • Communicate with managers/owners regarding inventory status, delivery issues, and low stock items.
  • Check daily petty cash and procure change from the bank if needed.
  • Restock the register nightly with the correct change.
  • Provide feedback to managers about employees' strengths, weaknesses, and customer service skills.
  • Manage the break schedule, ensuring timely arrivals and appropriate break lengths for employees.
  • Attend management meetings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and safety.
  • Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training of new staff.
  • Memorize training material and explain the health benefits of ingredients to customers in an upbeat manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including being positive and informative while giving accurate wait times.
  • Assist with ringing up guests, answering phone calls, and taking orders over the phone.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and recipes, following proper procedures for preparation.
  • Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby areas.
  • Organize deliveries and ensure proper storage.
  • Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure all orders are made correctly and timely.
  • Deliver food to customers.
  • Communicate schedule needs to managers in a timely manner.
  • Arrive on time for shifts and take breaks as scheduled.
  • Complete all opening and closing duties.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager.
  • Adhere to sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Implement cost-cutting measures.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
Requirements:
  • Must become food certified.
  • Ability to operate basic computer systems and POS systems; handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety requirements.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and move quickly.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Bring a positive attitude and work well with others.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
