Execute operational excellence – Develop trust with guests through meeting the Quality requirements all day every day.Deliver 2nd Mile Service – Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.Activate Emotional Connections – Strengthen relationships with guests and the community.Must obtain Food Handlers Certificate within the first 5 days of employment.
General Responsibilities
- Shift Leader responsibilities include:
- Opens and closes the restaurant
- Count and verify drawers
- Develops Team Leaders
- Directs our shifts
- Identify, analyze, and solve issues that arise in a fast-paced environment
- Maximizes productivity in the restaurant – Makes sure that every area of the restaurant is running efficiently.
Requirements
- Available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
