Shift Leader - Paula's Donuts : Job Details

Hello!We are a family run company seeking a Shift Leader to join our team! Flexible hours/ shifts. FT preferred. PT available.

*We are Looking for someone who would like to move up in our company into a management position.

Must be 18 or older to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to quality control; keep donut case full and looking nice for customers; cleaning donut case & fancy case; store cleanliness; waiting on customers; stocking inventory; customer relations; train new employees; other tasks assigned by management.

Schedule:

• All shifts between 4am-5:30pm

• Extremely flexible schedule

• Must be available Holidays/ weekends

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, customer service, or other related fields

• Supervisory experience (minimum 6 months)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Strong leadership qualities

• Sense of urgency
