You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running significant work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed, and are willing to help and guide others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
  • Maintain a safe environment for Team Members and customers.
  • Quickly solve customer complaints with a smile.
  • Provide positive feedback to Team Members.
  • Communicate openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
  • Follow cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
