The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin' donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.* Deploy team members appropriately to meet guest's needs and service standards throughout a shift.* Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.* Ensure team members handle all Guest concerns with a sense of urgency.* Candidates must be able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing.* Availability on weekends* Cash handling management* Must be able to lift 25+ pounds.We provide training, competitive salaries, and advancement opportunities as well as a great work environment.
