The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin' donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.Deploy team members appropriately to meet guest's needs and service standards throughout a shift.Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.Ensure team members handle all Guest concerns with a sense of urgency.Candidates must be able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing.Availability on weekendsCash handling managementMust be able to lift 25+ pounds.We provide training, competitive salaries, and advancement opportunities as well as a great work environment.
