**THE POSITION**

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor (3rd Key Holder) to join our team! Our Shift Supervisors (3rd Key Holders) work under the direction of our Retail Store Management to maintain the efficient operation of our store by delivering outstanding customer service to achieve established goals for sales, production, safety and expense control.

This positions key responsibilities include:

* Performs store opening and closing procedures which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring security of the building by locking and setting alarms.

* Trains Store Associates on job duties as necessary.

* Acts as the Manager on Duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is unavailable.

* Greets and interacts with customers. Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selects and suggests options suitable for the customers needs, and answers customers questions about merchandise.

* Collects payment using the store point of sale system.

* Prices and tags goods according to retail policy and restocks sales floor as necessary.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

* High School Diploma or GED.

* Minimum of one (1) year of retail experience highly preferred.

* Schedule flexibility.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**

* Excellent verbal communication skills.

* Outstanding customer service, interpersonal and leadership skills.

* Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.

* A passion for serving others and making a difference in our community.

**THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

* Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.

* Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds with no support regularly.

* Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion; i.e., tagging or hanging clothes. Manual dexterity is required.
