Job Description :

Our client is a regional feed manufacturer and they are expanding to provide better service to their customers! The right person for this position will be able to supervisor a production team and oversee all of the day-to-day operations, safety, maintenance, and quality control. Position Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 3 Years of Milling/Food Production experience; leadership role is highly desired
  • Oversee the day-to-day production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
  • Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
  • Write and implement company SOPs
  • B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science is preferred
  • Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary between $60,000-$80,000
  • Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
