**What youll do:**

The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team. Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. This position must have full and direct supervision of a minimum of two full-time employees.

**To be considered, you should:**

* Bachelors degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services OR any equivalent combination numbers of years experience, education and/or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Military experience and training is acceptable.

* Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Dentition, Corrections, etc.) Related and/or equivalent experience may be substituted with approval.

* One (1) year supervisory experience.

* Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

* Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* Have a desire to work with troubled teens.

* Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

*As a Coach Counselor, youll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program, and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. Youll monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each students treatment plan. There is no previous experience required for this role. Training will be provided, but if you do have related experience and/or education, you may be eligible to start above entry-level.*
