Our client manufactures razor blades and is constantly looking at how to improve the sharpness and longevity of their products. They work with stainless steel and carbon steel. This is a pure leadership role, and your military background will align nicely with this organization. They're seeking a strong communicator with time management skills. Autonomy in your duties after initial training that starts with a 3/4-week training cycle (based on individual comprehension) prior to supervising a shift, which is on the 1st shift. After training, you will then move off-shift. 2nd shift 230pm -1130pm | 3rd shift 1030pm ? 830pm.
