ROP has built its reputation on running life-changing educational treatment programs that positively contribute to the community.What you'll do:As Shift Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living. Shift Supervisors ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements and supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.To be considered, you should:+ Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.+ Have three to five years of experience in a residential treatment facility setting.
