This organization partners with businesses by offering cutting-edge engineering and innovative solutions, to help customers reduce, reuse, recycle and recover value from waste streams and meet or exceed their sustainability goals.The role of Shift Supervisor at Tulsa must foster an environment of safety, environmental stewardship and a commitment to their customers. In this leadership role the candidate must be able to direct his team through mentoring and coaching to develop excellence in the operation of the facility.- The Shift Supervisor will review, prioritize, and direct the daily work activities of the operations group during the assigned shift- Manage the functional activities of the Control Room Operators, Auxiliary Operators and Crane Operator to ensure quality and timeliness of our customers- Delineate and enforce the safety procedures and policies for the Operations Department and other support teams- Closely monitor the production and maintenance activities of the facility and assist in planning and executing both scheduled and unscheduled outage work as well as the timely completion of operating duties- Support the development of recommendations for plant improvements- Confer with representatives of other departments in solving interrelated operational, administrative, organizational, and technical problems$120K - $150K, 13% bonus benefits and a 401k. Straight overtime, Relocation is possible for right candidate. This is a no travel role. This is a rotating shift, days to night every other month. Work 5-2 schedule.
