Shipper - Samuel, Son & : Job Details

* Prepares items for shipping using spacers, fillers, and/or protective padding, binds containers with metal tape, if necessary.

* Post weights and shipping charges, affix postage or other necessary identifying information required for proper shipment.

* Examine and ensure all outgoing shipments meet required shipping and customer specifications.

* Ensure correct shipment of international orders.

* Safe operation of forklift or hand truck to move or hoist shipments.

* Building skids necessary for completion of shipments.

* May be required to drive company truck between two facilities, both located in Angola. A good driving record is essential.

* Prior experience using UPS software a plus, but not required.

* Prior shipping experience a plus, but not required.

* Detail oriented, providing service above and beyond what is asked for both internal and external customers.

* Must possess excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
