Shipping and Receiving Associate - Power Plant Services : Job Details

JOB SUMMARYAs a member of the shipping and receiving department, you'll be involved in the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies. Collaborating with Quality, Customer Service representatives, Manufacturing & Purchasing staff to ensure smooth operations.Role and Responsibilities:Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.Coordinates the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.Tracks, traces, and provide updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.Requirements:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent2-4 years of Manufacturing experienceBasic PC skillsBe willing to work more than 40 hours a week to meet tight deadlinesMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving recordForklift Certification within 90 days of job entry dateFamiliarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred.Powered by JazzHR
