In return, well help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Job Summary ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and distribute shipments according to established prodecdures. Conform to Chain of Custody protocols and guidelines. Track out-bound shipments and provide verbal and written follow-up to internal and external clients. Responsible for inventory management and proper documentation of shipments. Package materials according to IATA/DOT regulations and standard operating procedures. Maintain dock and warehouse area in an orderly fashion. Prepare, maintain and distribute appropriate documentation for all materials shipped and received. Coordinate and perform courier pick-ups/deliveries relative to study needs, as necessary. Operate hand pallet jack, mechanical lift, dumb waiter and uload and transport supplies or equipment. Maintain excellent customer service with internal and external clients to solve issues realting to transportation of study related material. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.). Experience: 1-2 years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Certification/Licensure: Valid drivers license. Other: Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities; attention to detail, computer literacy; and the ability to interact appropriately with all levels of employees.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and drive a company vehicle. Employee will also be required to stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, push and pull objects, lift/carry at least 50 lbs, and use hands and feet repetitively. Occasionally required to sit, climb, crouch, kneel, balance objects, and drive trucks and equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: General warehouse working conditions, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. May also be exposed to dust, gas and fumes. May be exposed to the elements when transporting packages to and from buildings.
