Job Type Full-timeDescriptionFluoropolymer Resources LLC (FRL) is currently seeking a dedicated results driven Shipping & Receiving Clerk in our North Windham, CT Facility. We are a dynamic and flexible company on an aggressive growth trajectory, offering products and services to multiple industries in global markets as we continue to innovate and invest in production capability and people.Position Summary:The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for shipping and receiving all goods coming into or leaving the facility. This position reports to the Production Superintendent and will have growth opportunities for a dedicated and results driven individual.Responsibilities and Duties: ? Comply with safety rules and regulations on a daily basis.? Use of a forklift to load and unload all shipments and receipts.? Performs receipts by weighing and creating License Plates for each container, against the PO and PO line, on an inbound shipment.? Creates a variance report which shows variances in shipper's weights to FRL received weight.? Prepare packages for shipment by printing the product and shipping specifications to labels while ensuring all customer packaging requirements are met.? Communicate with Customer Service when scheduled pick-ups do not happen.? Distributes all non-inventory purchases to the person/department that placed the order.? Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.? Maintain housekeeping in accordance with company standards.RequirementsKnowledge and Skill Requirements:? 1 to 3 years as a Shipping and Receiving clerk is required ? Previous powered industrial truck operation necessary? At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing plant is ideal Compensation ?
