Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Westminster MD

PAY RATE: 18 An Hour

Temp to Perm.

Schedule: 8am - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday. 8am - 4:30pm on Fridays (9/80 schedule with every other Friday-off)

*Maintaining necessary documentation for shipping/receiving

*Prepare documents such as bill of lading and shipping orders to route materials.

*Confer and correspond with supervisor to rectify problems such as damages, shortages or nonconformance to specifications.

*Pack, seal, label and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.

*Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, reports damaged items, and processes paperwork.

*Data entry in ERP system showing product received.

*Properly stocking of materials in warehouse.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Computer Skills

Knowledge of Excel and Word

Ability to lift to 25 pounds
