**POSITION SUMMARY**

Since 1997, our factory has been a leading producer of the nation's cat litter supply. Located on Tidy Cat Road, our 40-acre plant site is seamlessly connected to a clay mine, enabling efficient mining, processing, packaging, and shipping. Operating around the clock, we mass produce conventional and clumping cat litter, supplying the mid-Atlantic region with nearly a third of a million tons annually. Our culture of continuous improvement drives Tidy Cats product innovations, revolutionizing the cat litter category with LightWeight litter, combining strength with half the weight. We're also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will work closely with the transportation and warehouse management team to schedule and monitor all shipping activities for the factory warehouse. You will coordinate incoming shipments and ensure smooth flow of traffic at the loading dock. You will also be responsible for reviewing all incoming orders and preparing pick lists for shipping personnel.

This position will work 7pm-7am Sunday through Wednesday.

+ Communicate updates on shipments, orders, and production to personnel

+ Input shipping confirmations and print Bills of Lading

+ Review and process necessary paperwork for shipping needs

+ Coordinate shipping associates in the completion of the loading schedule and other daily activities

+ Ensure load accuracy and completion

+ Manage and document inventory

**Requirements**

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent

+ 1+ years' experience providing customer service in a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $36,000 to $52,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
