Shipping and Receiving Coordinator - Enviri - Harsco Corporation : Job Details

This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all shipping and receiving activities while working to ensure compliance and inventory control. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions): - Coordinate all shipping and receiving activity at this location - Assure all paperwork (manifests, BOLs, etc.) is properly completed and piece counts match - Complete receiving tickets for all incoming material, initiating the tracking process - Inspect all materials for conformance to approval codes. Note any discrepancies and segregate off-spec material until authorization has been given to either process or reject - Assign and move materials, weighing up to 50 pounds, to appropriate storage area and notify appropriate supervisor of the storage location - Assure compliance with all applicable regulations related to storage (i.e., drum count, aisle space, labels, etc.) - Assure storage of end products in their appropriate areas - Coordinate the shipment of products, end products, ...Receiving, Shipping, Coordinator, Transportation, Storage
