We welcome big ideas, over-the-top ambition, and a passion to achieve the unimaginable (cliché, but true).We are looking for Shipping Associate to prepare and package Lubrication Specialties' Hot Shot's Secrets brand of products safely and efficiently.PURPOSE This position is responsible for accurately preparing and packaging product for shipping based on daily orders. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares and packages products for shipping based on daily orders
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation
• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues
• Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks)
• Reports any mechanical problems
• Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
• Other duties as assigned

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Good verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work as part of a team and be capable of self-direction
• Ability to be flexible based on production levels
• Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive tasks and lift for long periods of time throughout the day
• Must have high attention to detail and desire to produce quality products

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus

OTHER INFORMATION

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Overtime occasionally required
